Managed courier services
Your drivers and vehicles. Our platform and 24/7 dispatch back office.
For laboratories and courier companies that already run their own fleet: FirstCare brings the dispatch platform, a 24/7 dispatching back office and the operating discipline to run your existing team and vehicles leaner. You keep your people, your cars and your customers. We manage and optimize the operation.
Software plus the people who operate it
The platform, run for you
Your couriers work in the FirstCare app, your customers request and track in a portal under your name, and your managers see one board. We configure it, train your team and keep it running, so you get the system without hiring a product team.
Driver app for your team
Scan-first pickups, transfers and deliveries with offline sync, category-specific checklists and credential tracking.
Customer ordering and tracking
Requests, accepted windows, ETAs, custody records and reports for the clients you already serve.
Onboarding and training
Route, site and customer setup, driver training and a supervised go-live lane by lane.
Around the clock, under your brand
24/7 dispatch back office
Our dispatchers take requests, assign and reassign work, watch deadlines, chase exceptions and answer your drivers and customers day and night, following the rules you set. You stop paying for an overnight desk that sits idle, and you stop losing calls when your one dispatcher is out.
Assignment and rebalancing
Capacity, qualification and receiving-hours checks on every assignment, with conflicts flagged rather than silently accepted.
Exception handling
Closed sites, delays, mismatches and temperature excursions escalated to the contact you name, with every action recorded.
After-hours and STAT coverage
Nights, weekends and holidays covered without adding headcount.
Leaner routes, measured
Operations optimization
We baseline your routes, costs and failure points, then redesign for fewer empty miles, less waiting and better use of the drivers and vehicles you already have. Results are reviewed with you on a fixed schedule against numbers we agree up front.
Route and stop redesign
Density, sequencing and window changes proposed with their expected effect before anything changes.
Route-level economics
Contribution and fully allocated margin per route, with empty mileage and waiting time tracked.
Recurring performance reviews
On-time performance against accepted windows, scan completeness and exception resolution, reported monthly.
What stays yours, and what we take on
- You keep: drivers, vehicles, customers, contracts and brand
- You keep: employment, insurance and final say on policy
- We provide: platform, configuration and training
- We provide: 24/7 dispatching and exception handling
- We provide: route optimization and monthly reviews
- Shared: service rules, escalation contacts and review targets
Scope note
We do not promise a specific cost reduction before we have seen your routes. The engagement starts with a baseline so any improvement is measured against your own numbers, not an industry average.
Do our drivers become FirstCare employees or contractors?
No. Your team stays your team, on your payroll, insurance and policies. We manage dispatch and the platform they work in.
Will our customers know FirstCare is involved?
That is your call. The portal and notifications can run under your brand, with our dispatchers answering as your operations desk.
How is it priced?
A monthly management fee with volume or supported-driver tiers, agreed after the operations review. Platform, dispatch coverage and review cadence are itemized so you can see what each part costs.
Start with one lane.
We review the lane before we quote it and propose a scoped, paid pilot with a review date in writing.
