Equipment & supply logistics
Medical equipment logistics and healthcare supply delivery
Device transfers, deliveries, retrieval and approved returns, plus consumables, PPE, collection kits and replenishment between approved locations. Asset identifiers, counts, purchase-order references and condition evidence travel with every shipment.
Transfers, deliveries, retrieval and returns
Medical equipment logistics
Approved medical devices moved between providers, sites and patient locations, with asset or serial identifiers, dimensions and weight, vehicle fit, loading and access needs, and a condition and accessory checklist recorded at pickup and delivery.
Asset identifiers
Serial or asset numbers scanned at every custody event, with accessories listed.
Vehicle and staffing fit
Large or heavy equipment is dispatched only after vehicle, loading equipment and staffing suitability are verified.
Retrieval and returns
Authorized retrieval requests and return legs, with returned items kept distinct from clean items.
Consumables, PPE, kits and replenishment
Healthcare supply delivery
Carton and item counts, purchase-order or requisition references, delivery location and shortage or partial-delivery evidence on every run between warehouses, distribution partners and approved care locations.
Counts and references
Carton and item counts against the PO or requisition, with department allocation where required.
Shortage evidence
Shortages and partial deliveries recorded at the door and escalated to your contact.
Recurring distribution
Replenishment lanes on a recurring distribution agreement or as a route add-on.
What every equipment or supply lane specifies
- Item eligibility and handling profile
- Asset identifiers or PO references
- Dimensions, weight and vehicle requirements
- Loading, access and staffing needs
- Condition and accessory checklist
- Return authorization process
Scope note
Equipment delivery is not installation, calibration or servicing unless separately contracted and supported. Clean items and returned items requiring special handling are combined on a load only when the defined handling rules permit it.
Do you install or service the equipment you deliver?
No. We deliver, transfer, retrieve and return equipment with documented condition checks. Installation, calibration and servicing are separate services that must be contracted and supported on their own.
Start with one lane.
We review the lane before we quote it and propose a scoped, paid pilot with a review date in writing.
