We hire employed couriers, qualified phlebotomists and dispatchers for directly managed routes across New Jersey, New York City and the Philadelphia region. Independent couriers and phlebotomists who want to work through the FirstCare app should apply through Join Our Network.
Medical courier
Scheduled routes and on-demand runs with a scan-first workflow, category-specific checklists and live dispatch support.
Phlebotomist
Home draws and facility rounds on authorized orders, following receiving-lab protocols, with supervision and credential tracking.
Dispatcher
Own the route board, appointment calendar, acceptance checks and exception escalation during staffed hours.
Transportation partners
Qualified transportation partners will be onboarded when demand and operating readiness justify it, with agreed rates, credential requirements and reconciliation. Registering interest does not create an engagement.
Employed couriers on directly managed routes. Any partner arrangement is reviewed against New Jersey and federal worker classification rules before use.
