Delivery options

Four ways to move any eligible shipment

Delivery options are how a shipment moves, not what it is. Each option applies to specimens, pharmaceuticals, equipment and supplies where the material and the lane are supported. A submitted request becomes a commitment only when dispatch accepts it against real capacity.

Scheduled Routes

Contracted recurring pickups of approved shipments with delivery windows, receiver handoffs, defined backup and a monthly report.

Contract basis

Monthly minimum for agreed lanes, stops, windows and capacity

  • Route templates with holiday exceptions and change approvals
  • Stop and volume allowances with defined extras
  • Backup coverage agreed before the first run

Same-Day Delivery

Pickup and delivery within an accepted same-day window for requests placed before the booking cutoff.

Contract basis

Zone or trip price with cutoff and handling rules

  • Acceptance confirmation before the window is promised
  • Handling rules per shipment category
  • Tracking and documented receipt

STAT Delivery

Time-critical direct service, subject to confirmed capacity. We do not publish a universal STAT time; each request is accepted with a specific window.

Contract basis

Trip minimum plus distance or time, urgency and extras

  • Capacity check at acceptance
  • Direct run, no intermediate stops
  • Escalation contact named on the request

Dedicated Coverage

Reserved driver and vehicle capacity for your operation, working from the same dispatch board and custody workflow as every other run.

Contract basis

Shift, day or month commitment with overtime and capacity boundaries

  • Defined replacement coverage
  • Hours, overtime and capacity boundaries in writing
  • Category-specific checklists loaded per shipment

What every option specifies

Geography, service hours, booking cutoff, acceptance rules, pickup window, delivery deadline, material eligibility, handoff requirements, after-hours process, waiting and cancellation charges and exception procedures. Overflow and backup coverage is available as an availability retainer for organizations running their own drivers.

Not sure which option fits?

Tell us about the lane and we will recommend the smallest commitment that solves it.
