Terms that apply to the use of this website.

This website describes the services FirstCare Logistics offers. Nothing on it constitutes a confirmed service commitment, a price or a guarantee of coverage. Service is provided only under a written service agreement that defines geography, hours, cutoffs, acceptance rules, material eligibility, handling requirements and exception procedures.

The transport and collection records described here are logistics records, not laboratory test results. Laboratory information systems and clinical results remain separately governed by the receiving laboratory. Pharmaceutical transportation is not dispensing, and equipment delivery is not installation or servicing.

This site is not for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.

Certified phlebotomists come to your patients at home, in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, or at your office, with specimen transport to the designated laboratory linked to every visit.
