Medical courier opportunities
Deliver the materials healthcare runs on
Independent medical couriers in the FirstCare network move specimens, pharmaceuticals, equipment and supplies between laboratories, pharmacies, hospitals, clinics and care facilities on scheduled routes, same-day runs and STAT deliveries.
The work
Scheduled routes
Recurring pickups with defined windows and receiver handoffs, often in the same lanes week after week.
Same-day and STAT runs
Time-critical direct deliveries accepted against real capacity, with the window shown before you take the job.
Every shipment category
Specimens, medications, equipment and supplies, each with its own checklist loaded in the app.
Scan-first workflow
Arrival, pickup, transfer and delivery scans with authorized recipient capture. No typing while driving.

Smartphone
A current iOS or Android phone for the FirstCare app, with location services enabled while on an assignment.
Handling training
