Scope note
Pharmaceutical transportation is not dispensing. Controlled substances and other specialized materials require explicit acceptance criteria, security review and insurance confirmation before any lane is offered; they are never covered by a blanket promise.
Can you deliver controlled substances?
Only under explicit acceptance criteria agreed with the pharmacy after legal, security and insurance review. We do not offer controlled-substance lanes as a standard service.
Do you handle refrigerated medications?
Yes, where the cold-chain requirement has been validated for the product, packaging and route. Excursions are escalated to your pharmacy contact, who decides acceptability.
