New request
Choose specimen, pharmaceutical, equipment, supply or collection service first; then urgency, locations, windows, package details, handling, reference and bill-to.
Phlebotomy orders and calendar
Authorized order intake, appointment coordination, preparation instructions and collection outcomes, with a linked transport record.
Shipments and routes
Requested, accepted and declined jobs clearly distinguished. Route templates with holiday exceptions and pause requests.
Assets and returns
Asset retrieval, authorized return workflows, multi-package counts and partial fulfillment.
Reports and billing
Performance by category and site, custody completeness, itemized invoices with PO and department allocation.
Administration
Organization, site, requester and finance roles with permissions, audit history and access removal.
Arrival is not pickup
Arrival evidence, access problems and a waiting timer are recorded separately from the pickup scan.
Scan everything
Unique package or asset identifiers at pickup, transfer and delivery, with destination validation and authorized recipient capture.
Phlebotomist workspace
Order verification, identification and consent per protocol, collection and labeling records, unsuccessful-visit reasons and custody handoff.
Offline first
Events are kept securely on the device, show as unsynced, and sync without duplicate scans.

FirstCare Field app
Integrated courier and phlebotomist workspaces with role-appropriate permissions. The app loads the checklist the shipment needs: specimen handling, pharmaceutical authorized-receipt checks, equipment asset and condition checks, or supply quantity and shortage checks.
Dispatch
Dispatch and quality
Unified view of appointments and shipments with qualification-aware assignment. Filters by shipment type, service level, vehicle and load capacity, worker qualifications, delivery window and material compatibility. Manual intervention is always possible and always recorded with a reason.
LIS and other integrations are added after the manual workflow is stable. Any AI assistance for incident summaries or route suggestions stays subject to human approval and handling constraints.
What we deliberately do not show

- ✕Off-duty location
- ✕Patient or clinical details to accounts that only need transportation information
- ✕Laboratory test results. Transport records are not clinical records.
