Collection plus delivery, coordinated
Portal users select Mobile Phlebotomy separately from courier pickup. Completed collection and completed delivery are separately visible, and clinical details stay away from accounts that only need transportation information.
Exceptions recorded distinctly
Patient unavailable, refusal, unsuccessful draw, incomplete order and labeling discrepancy each have their own outcome.
Urgent visits
Depend on qualified staff availability and accepted service windows, confirmed during scheduling.
Separate performance
Appointment completion, unsuccessful visits and time from collection to laboratory receipt tracked apart from courier metrics.
How collection is kept safe and separate

This is not direct-to-consumer test ordering or a diagnostic service. Other specimen collections are offered only within the defined scope, staff qualifications and receiving laboratory protocols. Supported service areas and appointment hours are advertised, with availability confirmed during scheduling.
Who can book a mobile phlebotomy visit?
Laboratories, physician and concierge practices, home health and hospice organizations, skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities, assisted living communities, and patients scheduled through authorized partner workflows. Every visit needs an authorized order.
Which laboratory receives the specimens?
The designated laboratory on the order. That laboratory's clinical procedures govern how specimens are collected and handled.
Do you bill Medicare or insurers for collection visits?
Our launch model is contracted business-to-business billing. We do not assume courier or collection invoices are reimbursable by Medicare or any insurer.
