No. A request becomes a commitment only when dispatch accepts it against real capacity. The portal and notifications always distinguish requested, accepted and declined jobs.

We do not publish a universal STAT time. Each STAT request is accepted with a specific window after a capacity check, and the accepted window is what we are measured against.

Actor, package or asset identifier, event type, timestamp, location where appropriate and evidence such as receiver confirmation, for pickup, transfer and delivery. Corrections are appended with a reason rather than overwriting history. Ask for a sample record before contracting.

Temperature control is attached to eligible services and validated for the actual material, packaging, transit duration and monitoring. Excursions are escalated to your authorized contact, who decides acceptability.

Visits are scheduled through contracted partner workflows on an authorized order. We do not offer unrestricted direct-to-consumer test ordering or diagnostic services.

Patient unavailable, refusal, unsuccessful draw, incomplete order and labeling discrepancy are recorded as distinct outcomes, escalated per the approved procedure, and covered by unsuccessful-visit terms agreed in advance.

On hours, distance, stops, windows, handling, vehicle requirements and reserve capacity, never mileage alone. Committed recurring routes carry a monthly minimum. We review the lane before quoting it.

We establish the contracting customer, requesting site, receiving organization and bill-to account independently, because the facility that requests a delivery is often not the party that pays.

We do not assume so. Our launch model is contracted business-to-business billing. Any separate reimbursement strategy needs its own payer-specific review.

Directly managed regular routes use employed couriers and phlebotomists. Any partner or contractor arrangement is reviewed against applicable state and federal rules, including the New Jersey ABC test, before it is used.

We determine HIPAA roles from the actual activities we perform for each client and review business associate agreements accordingly. We do not assume the transport conduit exception covers the platform, and we never use real patient data in demonstrations.
